Vulnerability (ARP Cache Posion) blocked

We recent updated to Version 14 endpoint security, and our MAC clients keep flagging a HTC phone with "ARP Cache Posion" I see that it is an issue with version 12, and some people fixed it by turning off notifications to the client. Has anyone else been able to figure out a solution to fix this properly?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
