I need a solution
Recently, we upgraded both of our SEPM and user's Client from v12.1.6 mp6 to v14.1.
For our company's security policy, we configurated the SEPM's policy that the USB drive can be read-only by users.
We ticked both " Make all removable drives read-only"& " Block writing to USB drives" followed by this article:

We are also added USB Storage Device with USBSTOR* in "Device Control part. It worked at that time.
After upgrade to V14, all clients will receive the USB blocked message when insert the USB drive immidatelly and cannot see drive appear in ther computer.
We search Symantec website and cannot find any related article.
Is that anyone can help? Thanks a lot.
