Update Content Timeout

Hello All,

I have SEP 14.0 RU1 build 3752.  I had a co-worker issue an Update Content command from the Management Server on a large group that consists of lab machines that utilize deep-freeze software. After they reboot tonight, they will revert to their stored image and lose the Symantec updates.  I can work around that issue, but my question is:  how long does the Update Content command live?  Is it indefinite until 100% completion?
