Windows Server Standard SP2 - 32bit
Continually we will get live update failures and liveupdate cannot run even after using the luall.exe command. If I reinstall live update and cleanup then update the catalog it will run successfully but it will fail during running its normal updates.
I have the SEPM looking to ftp.liveupdate.com for all updates. We have a username and password provided by symantec.
I have called symantec 4 times regarding this issue and each time they have me reinstall live update then update the catalog and it works but will fail within the next day or so. By this time they close the ticket and I have to open a new one. I am fed up with calling support.
