Database replication question?

We have sites in the US and Europe. Our concern is due to network speeds and such in order for staff in Europe to access the SEPM database which is located in the US they have to remote in to the server to do any sort of management tasks. I would like to know if I can replicate our single SEPM database to a server closer to their location so they do not have the delay when trying to manage the SEPM. Any changes made to either database of course would need to replicate with one another. Any suggestions or comments are greatly appreciated.
