Remove SEP client on many PCs

Hello guys, we i have 14.0.1 SEP and SEPM.

how can i remove SEP clients via list of computers

If i have 4500 clients and i want to remove 500 above. How can i do this via SEPM

Also how can i add several computers to SEPM group via csv or txt
