Configuration Settings Not Grayed Out

I have version 14.0.2415.0200 installed on several clients. When opening the client on the end user machine, and go to Change Settings, the Network and Host Exploit Mitigation is NOT grayed out, and it does NOT display the "Your admin has locked this feature" popup.

You can't change the settings since I have them locked, but I would rather have that setting display that admin locked popup message.

Any one else seen this?
