Add incoming firewall Exception for Specific IP Addresses to all computers?

HI,

Im trying to add a Firewall rule which allows connections from 16 specific IP addresses to all clients. The 16 IP addresses are servers which do not have sep installed on them

So far i cannot find a way of configuring this as the FW rules a configured to allow specifc services and ports from any IP address.

I would like the 16 IP addresses i have to connect to client compuyer on any port.

does anyone know how this can be done?
