Upgrade to SEP14

Hi Everyone, 

We are currently running 12.1.6 MP7. When I logon to fileconnect I'm not seeing a SEP14 version. Do we need to convert our seat serial numbers? Further, can we upgrade to SEP14 directly from 12.1.6 MP7? Basically, I need some basic information, I appericate the support.
