I need a solution
I was under the impression that SEP supports Linux as a full anti-virus client, however recently, I have witnessed someone stating this and I would like a confirmation if possible if the below statement is true:
Symantec does not have a Linux anti-virus client. What they do have is an endpoint protection product called Symantec Endpoint Protection, which is an anti-malware product. It is essentially a remote-controlled server-based firewall, where the remote-control is determined using both manual and learned analytics.
Please advise.
