I need a solution
We are running into a reoccuring issue, where custom (trusted) scripts are being quarantined by SEP, preventing updates and other applications from running. To deal with this issue, we have been retroactively creating file exceptions in the SEPM and submitting the file in question to Symantec as a false positive. However, the false positive submission process takes several days, and creating exceptions can take several hours to implement during which time the SEPM reports thousands of alerts and tickets. If these scripts are digitially signed, is there a way to set an exception process to ignore the scripts with a particular digital signature? Thanks.
