Installing SEP via SCCM 2007

I've been trying to get SEP V12.1.1101.401 deployed via SCCM both with a Package and during a OSD TS.

We've created a custom Setup.exe and it works fine outside of SCCM. The problem is that when you run this Setup.exe via SCCM it returns an exit code of 1 which is a success code for Symantec but SCCM views it as a failure. The product actually installs fine but it causes the RAP to display a failure and the OSD TS also generates an error.

I should be using the Setup.exe and not the MSI. But everywhere I read people are saying to use the MSI instead.
