How to create a firewall exception for version 12.1000

We have a department that just installed two Novel servers running IPX protocol.  When users try to connect to the server - they get denied or the pc states there is no such location.  But when the users turn off their firewalls at their own PCs - they can access the novell servers just fine.

How do i create a firewall exception so that they can access the novell servers?  I have attached the traffic log of one of the PCs that needs access.

any help would be appreciated!
