Install wizard was interrupted before symantec endpoint protection could be completely installed

I am trying to install SEP 12.1.6MP4 to a Windows 10 32bit which just upgrade from Windows 7.

I try to run the installation msi file which export from SEPM but it says "Install wizard was interrupted before symantec endpoint protection could be completely installed.

I have tried to use clean wipe to uninstall the old version 12.1.5 and restart the computer, then install the 12.1.6. But I could not get it working.

I have attached the sep_int.log file in this post.

Can anyone help and check what causing the error ?
