I need a solution

Hi All,

Can anyone here please confirm if this is the problem or bug in the latest SEP client Symantec Endpoint Protection version 12.1.6867.6400 ?

After I install the Symantec Endpoint Protection version 12.1.6867.6400 with PTP and NTP features enabled in the branch office server which also runs DHCP service, all of them complaints that the workstations cannot get the IP address ?

This is happning on multiple different branch offices, so I wonder what are the fix for this issue ?

So far the work around for all of the branch office DHCP issue was to reboot / power cycle the core switch which connects the whole branch office workstation with the server.

Note: The error was not logged in the server and workstation.
