Endpoint Protection (antivirus) not update definition

Hi,

I need some advise to solve my SEPM not update definition. Fyi, i need to update manually because my machine not connected to internet. I've done it couple of time before and success but this time it came out with SONAR error code 1. Please somebody advise me how to solve the problem
