Is there a single file size limitation for SEP 12.1.6MP3 san job?

Hi, I got an question from customer regarding the single file size limitation for SEP 12.1.6 scan job.

For example, if user have a 100GB single file, can SEP scan this?

The latest AV engin is 20141.2.0.56 from CRT: http://crt.symantec.com/files/Fix_Notes/12.x/12.6.3/SEP_12_1_6_MP3_Components.html

but i'm not able to find the detail information about this 20141.2.0.56
