I need a solution
Hello, I have become the SEP administrator for my organization. I have almost no familiarity with the product but I am trying to learn as much as soon as I can.
Recently, I added a domain to the Admin tab in the SEPM Console. I made sure that my existing primary domain remained the active or (Current Domain). Within a couple of days, all of my Limited Administrators were calling in to me stating that they were unable to login with a "user name or password incorrect." How/why did this happen?
To resolve this, I simply removed the domain I had created and all my Admins were able to immediately log in.
