Unistalled SEP and still have some folders I can't remove

I have uninstalled SEP from a server and it no longer shows up in the control panel. But there is a folder under C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec Endpoint Protection and I cannot delete this folder, I get that the permission is denied even though I am logged in as a local administrator. There are also two folders under C:\ProgramData\Symantec that are called Symantec Endpoint Protection and LiveUpdate that I cannot delete, I get the same permissions denied error.

How can I remove these folders, I do not want them on this server as SEP is no longer used and uninstalled.
