Symantec FTP site vs Microsoft

Just thought i'd bring this one up in case anyone else is having issues with the Symantec FTP site.

When you download any of the EXE's from the site using IE11 you get a signature message like the below article attached.

This has been happening since 13/02/2016 hopefully Symantec will sort something out ASAP.  By the way the files do still work!
