GUP update time from SEPM

Hi,

• Site 1 - SEPM
• Site 2 - GUP
• Live update of SEPM server schedule to run daily 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
• Both SEPM and GUP run 24 hours (No shutodown / restart)

I found GUP download fefinition from SEPM daily 8:00 am.

I would like to know why not other time ?
