Sep client steel waiting when I shutting down the system.

Hi,

I use Kaspersky in my Network. I have a plan to transfer my Network from Kaspersky to Symantec.

I install Sepm in my network. After installing Sep Client on My PCs, All systems steel waiting on restart or shutdown the system.

I must push Power key or restart key on PC for shutdown or restart the systems.

Do you have any idea about this issue?
