SEP Client Package takes update from Internet on first install

Hi,

I have recentely installed SEPM 12.1.6 MP3 and configured the Live update policy to get updates from Default Management Server.

But when i install the client package on the systems, as soon as the setup finishes instillation the live update screen pop's up and its updates from the internet instead of the SEPM Server.

Please let me know what is causing the clients to get update from the Internet for the 1st time.
