how to add secondary symantec endpoint protection (Enterprise Edition) 12.1 as repository for other site

Hi,

We have a primary Site at location "A" , I want to create Secondary site at Location "B". Both Location have different Subnet (x.x.x.x/D and y.y.y.y/E )

But when i am trying to install Symantec Endpoint Manager at Location "B", i am not able to see any option that will create that site as a secondary .

I am using SEPM 12.1 RU6. Anyone help
