Hi all , I hope everyone is good. SEPM version running is 12.1.6 MP3 with embedded DB . Upgraded it from 12.1 RU1 ( when no clients were installed) it was a fresh installation. I Installed 12.1 RU1 from scratch without installing any agents. Then upgraded it to the latest version. Once this was done. I remote push SEP agents on 50 endpoints simulteneously.
Now package was installed on endpoints. In the clients tab they are appearing as online and connected and definations for various content are also of the same date as on SEPM. However when I go on Home Tab is showing these endpoints as Out of Date all 50 endpoints . If I see manually on the machine then I see that SEP agent is properly installed and connected to Manager and definations are also of the same date as on SEPM . If I run report from SEPM it is also showing information but it is the SEPM Home that is not showing correct information and showing all clients which I installed via remote push as out of date.
Now I installed 10 agents manually , now these agents are showing as Upto date on SEPM Home Dashboard but those machines which I installed via remote push are Out of Date.
Last questions for few clients they are showing only yellow shield on System tray not with a green dot . When I open the client it shows as connected to SEPM server but green dot is not appearing on shield. On the SEPM console clients page the same machine is appearing as connected and online with a green checkmark . Why is it appearing like this ?
