GUP install issues

I have setup a new SEPM server with the latest version.

I have 8 servers I am using as GUPs. I have created Live Update policies for each geographical location to take their updates from these GUPs. When looking at the GUP propeties it is showing GUP: False.

Is there a step I am missing? I read somehwere that the install package must show that machine as a GUP? How is this done or is this false.
