Hi, I am running Win7 64bit on my machine and was running SEP11 RU2. I have used Altiris to upgrade my SEP client to SEP12 RU2 with the jdb file that was a week behind. After a reboot, SEP12 took over and SEP showed the upgrade to be successful as it showed the correct date of the day the jdb file was downloaded. The SEP client then updated. When i checked on the "Client Activity" logs on the SEPM, I noticed that it keeps on downloading the full virus definitions updates. on the 23rd September 2013, a full virus definition update was downloaded successfully. On the 25th September, another full virus definition update was downloaded. Isn't it suppose to be downloading the incremental updates as the SEP client is up to date?
