how to copy all settings from SEPM 12.1 to new SEPM

hi all,

i have symantec protection manager12.1 with all policies, client configured.

i have setup a new VM with symantec protection manager12.1.3. i dont want to create all new configuration. i just want to import or copy configuration from old sepm configuration to new one. how to import all settings including clients, groups, etc

MY New VM machine is having different IP adress and different hostname. or shall i keep the same hostname as old one.

please provide complete steps to do it.
