I need a solution

I have a problem, my SEPM console cannot display home,monitor,report pages .. i've tried to download and install java 6 update 14 offline that had been recommended by this link " http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH102328 and http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH96362 but this is not succeeded. anyone, please give me a best solution.
