Since i have upgraded our SEPM to 12.1.2015 and then to 12.1.2100 I have had an issue with clients not gettting Sonar updates. This has only been an issue for the clients that have the same version of Symantec as the sepm. All computers with previous installs (mainly 12.1.1000) are fine and pulling in updates.
I found the KB below and attempted this fix but the issue did not get resolved

Clients with the newest and older versions are in the same Policy groups as well and we are currently organizing our computers by OU folders.
The clients that are out of date have Sonar 5/02/2013r11.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Anyone know of a possible fix or something else I could Try?
