SymHelp still "Checking for update" status

Hi Everyone,

Does any body encounter the SymHelp will just "Checking for update" status only this is when I'm using a proxy but if no proxy where used I was able to click the EULA. The terminal is allowed to access the internet on both settings (thru direct connection and thru proxy connection). Attached is a screenshot.

In comparison with SST it will just say "Unable to check new version" when internet is not available and can use it.
