problems with 14 RU1

Hello,
I did upgrade to sepm 14 RU1 and now i have 2 problems:
- when seps sends an email to my address add another wrong address email_id_not_available@localhost.com .Every sepm mail have this address. So every e-mail is a non-delivered mail returned to sender
- Periodically some customers are modified even if no changes have occurred and this then scatenail the above problem
some ideas ? some solutions ?

Just raising awareness of the importance in keeping your SEP up-to-date with the latest releases (SEP 12.1 RU6 MP9 and SEP 14 RU1). In addition to product fixes, enhancements and improvements, the current versions of SEP 12.1 and SEP 14 include protection against three known vulnerabilities (two in 12.1, one in 14). One vulnerability is High Severity, one Medium severity and one Low Severity. These vulnerabilities affect the SEP Client (not SEPM) on Windows (not SEP for Mac or SEP for Linux).

Unexpected error in Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Console
I need a solution
After upgrading Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager from version 14 MP1 to 14.0.1 i cannot login to the console.
It gives an "unexpected server error"
Database: Embedded
All the services are started and running
If I type the wrong username, it gives the right message, saying the saying the username/password are incorrect.
The clients connections are fine, and updating the virus definitions.
I already tried to repair the install, but it keeps showing the error

Update Content Timeout
I need a solution
Hello All,
I have SEP 14.0 RU1 build 3752. I had a co-worker issue an Update Content command from the Management Server on a large group that consists of lab machines that utilize deep-freeze software. After they reboot tonight, they will revert to their stored image and lose the Symantec updates. I can work around that issue, but my question is: how long does the Update Content command live? Is it indefinite until 100% completion?

Vulnerability (ARP Cache Posion) blocked
I need a solution
All,
We recent updated to Version 14 endpoint security, and our MAC clients keep flagging a HTC phone with "ARP Cache Posion" I see that it is an issue with version 12, and some people fixed it by turning off notifications to the client. Has anyone else been able to figure out a solution to fix this properly?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

SEP14 configure USB drive read-only issue.
I need a solution
Recently, we upgraded both of our SEPM and user's Client from v12.1.6 mp6 to v14.1.
For our company's security policy, we configurated the SEPM's policy that the USB drive can be read-only by users.
We ticked both " Make all removable drives read-only"& " Block writing to USB drives" followed by this article:

We are also added USB Storage Device with USBSTOR* in "Device Control part. It worked at that time.
After upgrade to V14, all clients will receive the USB blocked message when insert the USB drive immidatelly and cannot see drive appear in ther computer.
We search Symantec website and cannot find any related article.
Is that anyone can help? Thanks a lot.

SEPM 14 Cancel full scan on clients
I need a solution
Hello
I have a client running SEP and I'm trying to stop a full scan that is running for days.
I am unable to stop to process (access denied) so I am trying to stop the scan using SEPM.
But I am unable to find where you can force to stop a scan on a client.
I found an old forum post that it should be possible by navigating trough "Monitors" and "Logs" but unable to find it in SEPM 14.

Bonjour,
Je viens d'installer un SEPM 14 sous Windows 2016. J'ai importé mes clients tout est ok.
Lorsque je me connecte à la console web Symantec via Firefox, il m'est impossible de saisir le symbole @ au travers de la console et ce n'est bien entendu pas un problème de clavier.
J'avais déjà constaté des difficultés sur mon ancienne installation SEPM 12.1.5 où il fallait s'y reprendre à plusieurs fois pour que l'@ soit bien prise en compte mais là impossible.
Impossible par exemple de saisir l'adresse mail de mes admins de domaines.
Si je me connecte par mon interface VMWARE pour accéder à ma VM via le même navigateur : aucun problème.
Ce n'est pas pour moi mais mes admins de domaine n'utiliseront que la console et certains de leurs mots de passe pourraient contenir une @

commande non reçue
I need a solution
Je viens d'installer un serveur SEPM 14 MP2 build 2415 (14.0.2415.0200) sur un windows 2016 pour remplacer un vieux SEPM 12.1.5
Mon administrateur réseau a ouvert tous les ports réseau recommandés car les 2 serveurs sont sur des vlan différents.
Le nouveau serveur a une adresse IP et un hostname différent de celui d'origine, j'ai donc remplacer le sylink.xml sur l'ensemble des postes via l'outils intégré à SEPM.
Tout est OK. Je vois mes clients dans ma nouvelle base de données intégrée sur le nouveau serveur.
Une fois reliés au nouveau serveur, j'ai effectué pour upgrader les clients vers la version 14.0.2415.0200, tout s'est bien passé.
Par contre, lorsque j'envoie une commande sur mes clients ceux-ci ne les reçoivent pas., le moniteur affiche que la commande n'est pas reçue (que ce soit sur des versions 12.1.5 ou 14)
A quoi cela-peut-il être du ?

Not compatible with update to Windows 10 version 1703
I need a solution
Hi,
I get a conflict message (remove Symantec app) when I update the OS to Windows 10version 1703. T0 install important safety updates (according to Microsoft).
How to resolve this problem? Or how to ignore without getting continuously the message for the Windows update?

Weekly report has never run
I need a solution
I scheduled a full scan task on every Monday 19:00 in specific computers. I want to know which computers are not scanned, so I scheduled a weekly reports on every Tuesday 08:00. However, when I come to office at 10:00, I does not receive the report. The manager also shows that the scheduled report has not run. At the mean time, my daily comprehensive risk report works just fine. Is this a bug?
I am running fresh installed SEPM version 14 MP2.

ADC policy set to block autorun.inf but is blocking app with no rule name

Created a SEP ADC policy where only autorun.inf is enabled(production). Under the application and control logs, we find an app being blocked and the
target is the "ccSvcHst.exe" . There is no rule associated with the log entry. Any ideas why?
