I have 1 symantec license pack of 10 users but i cannot add it on SEP 12.1.2

Hi,

I have sep 11.0.5 10 users license pack and i had upgrade it to 12.1.1 but i cant add that license file into SEP 12.1.2  server. How can i add that license file? please reply me. Thanks.
