elevated priviliges error while repaoring SEP

Hi

In one of the user system, while repairing SEP we are getting the "Symantec Endpoint Protection requires elevated privileges in order to install, please login as Administrator or contact network administrator."

I have logged in user system with administrator and tried but getting same error.
