Command for pulling definiation from client side SEPM 11

Hello All,

I am new to symantec and need help. We are having three SEPM server and aroudn 15000 clients. But 15-20% clients are out of defination and didi not update. I need a command which can run at client side and then it will start pulling defination from SEPM server.
