I need a solution
We recently updated our Citrix environment to 14.2. My server admins have reported that, on occasion, users are reporting that the citrix applications fail to load on a server. Reboot fixed the issue, of course. We currently have the active functions turned off while we are troubleshooting. It looks like the issue is with the zenapp receiver function is timing out. We do have a case open and support has not been able to find a cause in the logs. Same on rewiew of the citrix logs. These servers were running on 12.2 RU 6 MP 6 for over a year without issue, using the same IPS and AV policies. Has anyone seen an issue like this?
