Non usb sd card reader slot in laptop blocking detected as disk drive

Non usb sd card reader slot in laptop blocking detected as disk drive. We would want to block this kind of device to all machines but it was detected as disk drive and it blocks enslave hardisk. Conducted a test and it block the enslave hard disk from desktop. We do not want to block the enslave harddisk on the desktops.
