SEP 14.2 Firewall blocking Mail and network printing on Mac

I need a solution

We have a problem where the SEP Firewall (version 14.2.760) for managed clients in Mac OSX is blocking local mail clients, and network printing. In other words, we cannot print to a printer that we are connected to via IP for example, nor can we send or receive mail from a local mail client such as Mac Mail or Thunderbird.

I know the SEP firewall for Mac is new, and has issues. We have already implemented the rules shown in this support article https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH250... as it seems they were omitted from the firewall when it was released (though these rules do not help this issue).

We have tried adding rules with all the common mail ports etc, but still no luch. The only way we can currently get it to work, is by unchecking the rule to 'Block all other traffic and don't log' in the firewall. After that, it (obviously) works without issue.

I was wondering if anyone could tell us exactly what ports we need to add for this to work (or show screenshots of your firewall rules if this is not an issue for you).

Thanks for any help you can give.
