SEPM Console not upgraded

Hi all,

I have an issue recently when i upgrade SEPM from 12 to 14.

Upgrade was successful but when i going to login via Management Console, it still showing me Version 12 interface whereby im not able to login because is it already Version 14.

I tried to use another SEPM 14 console to login, it working fine.

Anything i can do to make the console upgrade?
