I need a solution
We upgraded SEPM from v14 RU1 MP1 to v14.2 MP1 this past weekend. We also upgraded the SEP client on a bunch of Pilot Users to also v14.2 MP1.
We just discovered that all the clients that were upgraded are now not getting and Group and Policy Serial Number info (see screenshot).
We have a case opened with tech support but just want to FYI and see if anyone else is having the same issue.
