Change admin passord on central SEPM and replicating this change to other sites.

Hello Expert,

I have around 12 sites running Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.7061.6600.

Our central management server with is responsible from updating and distributing virus defination and also as the central report server.

We would like to change the admin password ( which has  expired on all sites)  on the central management server

Would this  change replicated to all sites?
