currently running ru1mp1 on the server, ru2 for the client. Everything in the console works fine, except within reports and monitors, when you click on the 'Advanced settings' hyperlink, nothing happens. It is an important part of daily work to be able to drill down into the logs to find specific information.
the webclient works perfectly. the issue is completely within the java client. We have unloaded and reloaded java, a version that is known to work. We have unloaded / cleanwiped, the sep client and reinstalled.
the scm-ui log appears to be logging just as any other admins would be.
This issue is specific to only one computer. the rest of the team seem to function fine, so the issue isn't with the server.
Is there anything on the client machine to check and verify to gain this functionality back? is there any hooks into IE, jdesktop, php.....? just wondering if there is a relation between the hyperlink within the java console that isn't working.
