SEP mgmt console logs you in and logs right back out

I have a weird issue. We have SEP 11X and when trying to log into the SEP management console, it takes my login, and appears to work, and then logs us right back out within a second. I cannot access the console, and the web version is not working either. The database is working and clients are getting updated successfully, but I need to get into the console to manage it. 

Any thoughts?
