Endpoint Suite to Endpoint Protection

Hello,

We have approximately 300 seats of Endpoint Suite that we are looking to convert to Endpoint Protection.  If we convert these licenses, will the device agents need to be uninstalled/reinstalled, or will the features that the device agent have enabled that are part of the suite will just be removed or disabled?  Will the SEP Manager have to be reinstalled?
