Deployment during CM 1610 OSD

We are depoloying SEP 14 MP2 during Operating system deployment and somehow this causes the the deploymnet to timeout

Does nayone deploy SEP 14 MP2 msi as part of the OSD task sequence 

Any tips 

I have extracted sep64.msi from SEPM console and then made it as an application to deploy.

It does get installed but somehow prevents Task sequence form completing. 

Any tips
