Exporting and Importing SEPM Domain?

I have two different SEPM consoles. Is it safe to export and import Domain from SEPM1 to SEPM2? 
What is the effects of it?

I am trying to push clients from SEPM1 to SEPM2 but the problem is that i dont have access to all computers. I want to move clients without entering credentials from the local computers. I have access to the SEP DB account.

Now this is what I want to do is to move clients using moving script in the nonsupport tool. But the problem is its only working on the same SEPM console so that's why i want to import the Domain from SEPM1 to SEPM2
