SMC service settings

Hi

I am having a problem with the SMC service failing to start after a reboot on a number of servers. The problem seems to resolve is the setting for service is changed so that there is a delay of a minute before the service tries to restart the second time.   Is there any way this setting can be changed in SEPM so that it can be applied to a number of serves without having to logon to each server (and so it wont get overwritten if re-installed).  Using SEP11 R7
