SEPM14.x Scheduled Report Email Not Working

Hi,

     I Create a Scheduled Report in SEPM14.x, and i'm not able to receive the report email from SEPM14.x.

     But when I try send a test mail from SEPM14.x it's working properly.

     and Also same has been configured in SEPM12.1.x, it's working properly.

     Kindly help to resolve this...
