I need a solution
I have created some scheduled reports that are not being delivered and was wondering if there is a log or a debug I can use to trouble shoot. I have a feeling that something outside Symantec is blocking the emails that have attachements.
1) Send test email from servers tab works fine to my email address
2) Alert notifications (single risk, outbreaks, etc) work fine to my email address, but these emails do not have attachements
3) I set up a scheduled report, and I can see where its has successfully run in the GUI at the time it was supposed to. But no email with the attached report is recieved.
This specific SEPM is across the world so time differences make troubleshooting cumbersome.
