I need a solution
Clients are are running Windows 7 x64 with SEP 12.1.6 (12.1 RU6 MP5). Every once in a while a client will report malfunctioning components (SONAR, Download Insight Status, etc.) and our current resolution is to reboot which resolves the issue.
We have close to 400 endpoints and this occurs on a daily basis with 1-2 clients. I do see some repeat offenders but mostly looks to happen in a random fashion.
Any ideas on what could be causing the components to malfunction?
